My husband hates eggs and he always has seconds, even my 1- and 2-year-old gobble this up. solution for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Ingredients are forgiving; go to your favorites or spice it up.   1. 1 pound sausage, casings removed
  2. 2 cups sliced roomy mushrooms
  3. 8 eggs, beaten
  4. 10 cups cubed, day-old bread
  5. 3 cups entire sum combination milk
  6. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  7. 1u2009u00bd cups cubed Black Forest ham
  8. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  9. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  10. 2 tablespoons mustard powder
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  13. 2 teaspoons dried basil

  1. Generously grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Heat a skillet higher than medium heat; cook and stir sausage until crumbly and no question browned, not quite 10 minutes. Transfer cooked sausage to the prepared casserole dish.
